What it is
Tendr aggregates public tenders from West Africa in one place, collected from official sources.
How it works
Official sources are scraped, and the tenders are extracted and classified with Amazon Bedrock. Everything runs on a serverless architecture on AWS: Lambda, SQS and S3, with Cognito and Identity Center for access.
Stack
Infrastructure in OpenTofu across an AWS Organization, deployed with GitHub Actions. Application code in Python and TypeScript with React, served through Cloudflare.
