Context
Sanofi’s China operations needed cloud infrastructure on Tencent Cloud. The project was run with the Chinese teams, and operations would be handled from India.
What I did
I delivered a production-ready service catalog on Tencent Cloud, covering VM and PostgreSQL database provisioning and management, with provisioning automated through Terraform and GitLab CI.
I trained the Accenture India operations team (five engineers) on Git and GitLab workflows and wrote the operations guide.
Result
The India operations team manages the infrastructure autonomously, and the operations guide was adopted by the teams there.
